Vaults Bar

In 2011 we introduced the Vaults Live Music bar to the Duke. Developed from the Duke's enormous cellar area (used in World War II as the area's community air raid shelter) with a cask ale bar and separate bathroom facilities, the Vaults offers live music three nights a week.

The Vaults features seating for over 80, standing space for a further 70 and is as stylish and welcoming as the rest of the Duke of Edinburgh Hotel. Our weekly Thursday Jazz Night is free of charge but we do levy a small door charge on Friday and Saturday.
