Along with our main menu, serving classics such as Lancaster Beer battered fish and chips and local sirloin steaks, we also serve a sandwich menu, with our delicious Duke’s Club Sandwich, and a Sunday Lunch menu.
Join us every Thursday for burger night, and every Friday for grill night. We also host a World Cuisine Night on the last Thursday of each month, which we’ll keep you updated on via our Facebook page each month.
After you’ve enjoyed a delicious meal, why not head to our bar to try one of our delicious beers, sourced from Lancaster Brewery. Thai at Review
This hidden gem on Nelson Street, just off Ramsden Square, houses an absolutely fantastic Thai restaurant above Review beauty salon. The delicious, authentic Thai food is cooked in an open kitchen in the restaurant, so you can watch your meal being prepared from your table. The menu is compact and offers classic dishes such as Phad Thai, homemade Thai chicken skewers, curry and noodle dishes. You can dine in at the Thai at Review, but must bring your own alcohol if you’d like a drink with your meal, as it isn’t served in the restaurant, or order your meal to take away.
The Crown on Walney offers delicious pub favourites that are sure to go down a treat with everyone, along with their famous hot baguettes. Their menu has everything from stir fries to locally sourced steaks, “Crown Favourites” including Icelandic prawns and homemade lasagna, and numerous vegetarian options. This is a great place to visit for either lunch or dinner, with a family friendly atmosphere, and makes a good venue for a get-together with either family or friends. The Crown can get extremely busy, especially at weekends, so make sure to book a table before planning your meal!
For incredible Italian food in the heart of Barrow, look no further than Francescas. Their extensive Italian menu offers a variety of pizza and pasta dishes, seafood, steaks, and desserts, as well as a simple Sunday lunch menu featuring classic roast beef, honey roast ham, and pasta bake for an Italian twist. We recommend trying the Half Pizza with Half Pasta option – combine any pizza and pasta dishes on one plate, and see if you still have room for a delicious dessert!
