Leading our kitchen is Head Chef Stuart Forster, who brings a wealth of experience and a passion for innovative cooking. Previously Head Chef at our sister venue, The Mill at Ulverston, Stuart has developed a distinctive culinary style that combines the latest techniques with the finest locally sourced ingredients. His expertise in balancing casual and sophisticated dining ensures a menu that both surprises and satisfies.
Stuart takes great care in selecting high-quality produce from trusted local suppliers, ensuring that every dish is crafted from scratch with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Whether it’s premium cuts from local butchers, freshly caught seafood, or house-made burgers, his approach is all about delivering bold flavours and exceptional quality.
