About our Food
Our Head Chef, Mr Ross Davis, has worked with Lancaster Brewery for over ten years.
After training with Michelin star and AA Rosette restaurants he originally joined us at the Water Witch in Lancaster. Ross was a key part of the kitchen team that helped win “UK Supreme Pub of the Year in 2006 “.
Ross has headed up our kitchen brigade since 2012 and developed a reputation locally for the quality of his food. The Vaults Restaurant and Bar now offers Ross and his team the perfect dining room to showcase their skills.
For our diners we offer a fantastic a’ la carte menu supplemented with seasonal specials. Our functions range from simple buffets up to fantastic fine dining, our kitchen team are vastly experienced and should there be any special requirements please do not hesitate to ask.
