If your function calls for delicious food for your guests, our Head Chef Ross Davis and his team of experienced chefs – overseen by award-winning Executive Consultant Chef Steven Doherty – can produce anything from a simple buffet, to canapes and fantastic fine dining, and can accommodate any special requirements.
